Our Process

Our typical process for working with clients is designed to ensure a smooth, collaborative experience. Here's how it works:
Inquiry & Discovery Call: The first step is filling out our inquiry form. Then, we schedule a discovery call to learn more about your business, goals, and vision.
Proposal & Agreement: After the call, we send a proposal outlining the scope of work and deliverables. Once you approve it, we’ll have you sign the proposal and submit a 50% deposit to get started.
Collaboration & Development: Throughout the project, you’ll work closely with our team, sharing feedback and ideas. We use a client portal to share files and progress, so you’re always up to date.
Review & Finalization: We’ll provide drafts for review and make any necessary revisions to ensure everything aligns with your vision. Once approved, we’ll finalize the project.
Launch & Training: After finalizing, we launch your project. If applicable, we also provide training to ensure you're confident using your new website or social media platform.
Ongoing Support: We offer support after launch, whether for tweaks, updates, or additional services. Our goal is to work closely with you at every step, ensuring your vision comes to life and you're fully satisfied with the result! -
While we recommend checking out our packages on the services page, we are happy to tailor or adjust them to better fit your specific needs. If you're unsure where to start, feel free to select the package that seems closest to what you're looking for, and during our discovery call, we can make sure you've chosen the right one for your business.

We request a 50% deposit to secure your project, and the remaining 50% prior to the handoff of your assets towards the end of the project. Your payment dates will be outlined in detail on your service agreement. We're more than happy to discuss alternative payment plans if needed.

At AMD, we believe in clear, direct communication throughout the project. You’ll have the unique experience of working one-on-one with our team of creatives, which helps streamline communication and ensures nothing gets lost. Throughout the project, you'll have access to our client portal, where all files and progress will be shared directly with you. You’ll also be able to provide feedback and stay updated every step of the way.

Yes, we specialize in both rebranding and creating new brands. We've worked on several rebrands, check out our "Our Work" page to see some of these projects. Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to refresh an existing brand, we’re happy to meet you at any stage of the process. Whether you have a rough sketch, a logo concept, or just an idea for an icon, we’re here to help bring your vision to life and create something you’ll love.

We want to make sure you’re fully equipped with everything you need once your branding is complete. You’ll receive a folder that includes a brand guide, outlining your color codes, typography, and accepted logo layouts. We’ll also provide .png versions of your logo for digital use and .eps versions for print. If you need any other file types, just let us know—we’re happy to include them!

While we don't directly handle printing services, we work with a few trusted providers and are happy to connect you with the best fit for your needs. We’ll ensure that the printer has all the proper files and specifications for a smooth printing process, so you can rest assured everything will turn out as expected.

Yes, absolutely! You will own all of your final brand assets. Once the project is complete, you'll have full access to your entire brand suite and all files are yours to use as you wish.

Yes, we do provide brand strategy and messaging guidance! We have a copywriter on staff who will be involved throughout the entire process. She starts by helping create business taglines and can even assist with naming your business if needed. Additionally, she’s available to help with brand messaging such as mission statements, brand stories, and your business history. We're here to ensure your brand communicates clearly and effectively.
Websites

We exclusively design websites on Squarespace because it offers the perfect balance of beauty, functionality, and ease of use. This platform allows us to create visually stunning sites while seamlessly integrating with third-party tools, e-commerce, and booking systems. Plus, once your site is complete, we provide training to ensure you feel confident managing and updating it on your own.

Typically, our website design process takes about 6-8 weeks. The timeline depends on factors such as client communication, responsiveness, and the need for additional assets like photography or content. We work efficiently to keep the project on track while ensuring every detail aligns with your brand’s vision.

User experience is a top priority in our website design process. We thoroughly review and optimize the mobile version before launch to ensure seamless functionality, knowing that most users browse from their phones. Each website package also includes a basic SEO setup, giving your site the right foundation to be visible on Google post-launch. If you're looking for a more in-depth SEO strategy, we can connect you with one of our trusted partners for ongoing optimization after your site goes live.

Yes! Every website package includes a one-hour training session before launch, where we walk you through the basics of editing text, updating photos, and adjusting button links. For more significant changes, we're always just an email away and happy to assist as needed. Our goal is to empower you with the tools and confidence to manage your site with ease.

If you don’t already have a domain, we’re happy to guide you through the process of purchasing one. This is the first step in getting your website started, and we recommend using GoDaddy for domain purchases since it integrates seamlessly with Squarespace. Once your domain is secured, we’ll also walk you through setting up hosting on Squarespace. Keep in mind that Squarespace’s hosting fee is $276 per year (subject to slight variations based on the selected plan). This fee is separate from our design services, and we’ll be sure to go over all costs with you before starting your project.
Social Media
We manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, tailoring strategies for each platform to help you reach and engage with your target audience effectively. If you’re looking to expand to other platforms, we’re happy to discuss options!
We offer both full-service social media management and content creation packages—check out our plans on the services page for more details. Full-service management is perfect for businesses that don’t have the time to manage their accounts daily or want to focus on growing and engaging with their community. Our content creation packages are ideal for those who enjoy running their own accounts but need a boost in content quality to elevate their social presence.
For organic social media campaigns, we measure success by tracking key metrics such as engagement rates (likes, comments, shares), follower growth, post reach, and website traffic driven by social media. We also monitor audience sentiment and interaction, like how people are responding to your content. Additionally, we look at content performance over time to identify which types of posts resonate most with your audience, helping to refine future strategies. Regular reports are shared so you can see how your organic efforts are driving results.
Our full-service management package includes monthly social media community management. During our initial call, we’ll discuss your strategy and set ideal goals for engagement. From there, we monitor your community’s interactions, providing regular updates on what’s working and what isn’t. We continuously tweak the strategy based on engagement data, ensuring your social media presence grows and thrives with ongoing optimization.
We do not currently offer paid advertising management in-house, but we’re happy to connect you with one of our trusted partners who specializes in paid ads. They can collaborate with us to integrate the organic strategy and optimize it for a paid ad approach, ensuring the best possible results for your campaign.
