Get Started: Our Contact Form 💻
The first step is to complete the Contact Form on our website. It’s like sliding into our DMs… but make it professional. The form will ask you several questions about your project – this allows us to get a better idea of what your specific needs are. If talking it out is more your style, give us a ring!
Ring! Ring!: Discovery Call 📞
Add our digits to your Favorite Contacts! Expect a phone call from one of our team members to discuss your project needs, timeline and budget. We’ll also introduce our services so you can better decide how we can assist you. During this call, we’ll also present a curated rough plan that works for you and your business.
Read And Review: Your Proposal 📓
After our discovery call, we’ll get to work on your customized proposal! Keep your eyes peeled, because we’ll send you your proposal via HoneyBooks. This platform allows us to track our progress, message you and collect payment.
Each proposal varies based on each client's needs, so we always allot time to adjust the proposal if the client requests any changes. Once the proposal is signed, sealed and delivered (and 50% down payment is paid) – we’re yours!
You’ve Got Mail: Meet The Team ✉️
From here, your designated AMD team member will introduce themselves to you via email or a phone call. You’ll be working directly with that designer or social manager from here on out!
Tell Us How You Really Feel: Feedback 📝
Throughout the entirety of your project, you can expect to receive frequent updates from our team asking you to provide feedback. Be honest! It’s important to give as much feedback as possible, so we can best capture your vision. You’ll receive three complimentary rounds of edits and this process will be repeated until you love the finished product!
Voila!: Project Completion ✔️
Once the project is complete, your team member will package up all of your design assets to use freely. We’ll make sure you have everything you need to launch your business!
