A magical photoshoot for a GLOWing brand.

AMD pulled off a wedding… well a wedding photoshoot. AMD’s client had a vision for new content and AMD put all of the pieces together to make that dream come to life. The photoshoot showcases the client’s talents and skills in a beautiful and inviting way.

WHO:

GLOW is a new addition to the AMD clientele. GLOW aims to give women a high-quality beauty experience through their three services: GlowTan, GlowHair, and GlowMakeup. Through the GLOW app, clients can select services and schedule their appointment.

WHAT:

One of the AMD package options that GLOW chose was a three-hour-long styled photoshoot. The purpose of this photoshoot was to create content for GLOW’s social media channels and website. AMD was in control of organizing the photoshoot, handling contracts and call sheets, managing the run of production, and acquiring models and props.

WHERE:

The photoshoot was set at The Farrell in Homewood, AL. The Farrell is a new, premier event venue that opened in 2022. Several beautiful wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners have been hosted at The Farrell, so what better place to create a wedding photoshoot.

STRATEGY

AMD met with the owner of GLOW to discuss what services were needed. Next, AMD created a proposal for GLOW that included the styled photoshoot. Once GLOW signed off on the proposal it was go time! GLOW wanted this photoshoot to have a luxurious edge. AMD started by finding inspiration from luxury weddings and began compiling a list of the high-end products they would need for the photoshoot.

AMD gathered the name-brand accessories and shoes, a classic car, dresses, a suit, flowers, a cake, and table settings. AMD created a document that encompassed all of the plans for the photoshoot.
